Report content policy violations, copyright infringement, or other abuse.
Our Process
We take abuse reports seriously and respond within 5 business days. Here’s how the process works:
- Submit a report using the form below with as much detail as possible.
- We investigate the report and determine whether a violation has occurred.
- We take action if warranted, which may include warning the account holder, suspending API access, or terminating the account.
- We notify you of the outcome (unless prohibited by law or privacy obligations).
Copyright Complaints
VideoConduit is a technical tool that processes content at users’ direction. We do not host, store long-term, or redistribute content. Files are temporarily stored for up to 24 hours and then permanently deleted.
If you are a rights holder and believe that a user of our service is infringing your copyright, please submit a report below. Include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL(s) being processed through our service (if known)
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
Note: Because we do not host content and files are automatically deleted within 24 hours, our ability to “take down” specific content is limited. Our primary response is to address the user’s account if a pattern of infringement is established.
Child Safety
Any reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are treated with the highest urgency. We will immediately terminate the account and report to law enforcement and relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and EU authorities.
If you encounter CSAM being processed through our service, report it immediately via the form below or email info@videoconduit.com.
Other Violations
Report any other violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, including systematic mass scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or use of the service to facilitate illegal activity.
